Axion Pure

AxionPure technology is the result of the work of the Research Department and close cooperation between quality, purchasing, and production teams.

Thanks to comprehensive process control – from careful raw material selection, through component preparation, to detailed quality assessment – we have significantly reduced the content of volatile organic compounds in our polyurethane systems.

We meet high VOC emission standards by taking into account requirements applicable in selected European countries that are more restrictive than current national regulations.

How do we reduce VOC emissions?

Raw material selection:

  • components with minimal emission potential,
  • reactive additives (catalysts, stabilizers, flame retardants) permanently integrated into the polymer structure during the cross-linking process,
  • certified raw materials from verified manufacturers,
  • regular supplier audits.

Production process optimization:

  • precise dosing of raw materials ensuring full reaction of components during system foaming,
  • stable and controlled mixing conditions,
  • continuous monitoring of production parameters.

AxionPure represents a comprehensive approach to the design and manufacture of polyurethane systems with reduced VOC emissions – addressing growing market demands for quality, safety, and sustainable development.

Moldexia

Moldexia technology is the result of many years of work by our research team.

By using a unique set of stabilizers and specialized additives, we achieved a polyurethane foam with a durable biostatic effect. This solution effectively limits the adhesion and growth of fungi and mold.

The biostatic effect results from:

  • a surface with low biological susceptibility,
  • the absence of nutrients for microorganisms,
  • inhibition of fungi and mold reproduction.

The technology is permanently bonded to the polymer matrix, making it insoluble and stable. Even after mechanical abrasion of the surface layer, the foam retains its biostatic properties.

Advantages of Moldexia technology:

  • durable biostatic effect throughout the entire service life of the foam,
  • broad spectrum of action (fungi, mold, algae),
  • no release of hazardous biocides into the environment.

The effectiveness of Moldexia technology has been confirmed by tests conducted in independent, accredited microbiological laboratories, confirming its long-term and stable biostatic activity.
